INGREDIENTS (for 18 cm cake pan)
For the dough:
- 2 eggs
- 90ml sunflower oil
- 100g sour cream (15%)
- 60g “Apple Macadamia Cinnamon Granola”
- 180g wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 100g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 a little bit sour medium-sized apple, finely diced
For the crust:
- 40g sugar
- 25g “Apple Macadamia Cinnamon Granola”
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 25ml sunflower oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix eggs, vegetable oil and sour cream in a bowl. Mix the remaining dough ingredients in another bowl.
- Add the cream mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula or spoon until everything has combined.
- Line the baking paper into the cake pan and grease around the edges. Fill in the dough.
- Mix all the ingredients for the crust and spread them on the cake. Bake in the preheated oven, top / bottom heat, at 185 degrees Celsius for approx. 50 minutes.
