For over 5,000 years, many different cultures have used healing plant oils for a variety of health conditions. Whether used for relaxation, beauty care, home cleaning, or as natural remedies, essential oils carry the pure power of the plant. Using essential oils for healing purposes is often called aromatherapy which is a holistic treatment seeking to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. Today I am going to share my 3 favorite diffuser recipes and other ways to use essential oils.
When I went for an assignment to China, I found out that diffusers on your office desk are very common. That’s why I went to a Japanese-inspired lifestyle goods store MINISO and bought one of my own. Read my earlier post “3 must-know brands for lifestyle accessories lovers”. I brought my essential oil diffuser back to Switzerland and since then I keep experimenting with different oil blends. Even when writing this blog post, I had a few drops of eucalyptus)) So, here are 3 favorite diffuser recipes:
Sunday’s best
On Sundays I love diffusing citrus blends. It makes me feel happier! Try this one:

Peppermint is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and is favored by aromatherapists for its high menthol quantity. Peppermint helps promote feelings of calmness.
