This picture was taken last year while celebrating one of my very best friend’s bachelorette parties! We spent a long weekend eating out, visiting Peterhof (pics are from there) and enjoying festivals during the “White Nights” period. This phenomenon has become a real attraction of the city. From late May to mid-July the sun never fully sets and the sky stays bright throughout the night with a light similar to the light of sunset.
